


True meditation occurs when all physical thoughts are set aside, and Spirit simply flows within the silence without the obstacles of physical thought. There is no thought in the silence, only peace, Love, and a feeling of connection with all things.
True Meditation
True meditation allows you to be and live in the moment, the "Now," and will take you out of ego and into Spirit; it takes you out of the physical concept of time and into a spiritual state of consciousness where ego cannot invade. So much occurs through effective meditation, including receiving answers to questions, communicating with spiritual guides and teachers, unexpected peace, healing, inspiration, and guidance. This ability will take time and effort to achieve, but it is within the reach of anyone who desires to experience the benefits of true meditation. You will learn several breathing techniques and various exercises to teach you how to "drop out" of the physical mind, shutting down the endless chatter. "Dropping out" of the physical mind allows you to learn to control your physical thoughts, and you will be much more effective in tuning out ego. Over time and with experience, you can attain and maintain this ability. It becomes an inseparable part of your consciousness.
In this class, you will learn how to enter and remain in the stillness, the silence, where inspiration abounds, and to be able to incorporate this ability into all aspects of your physical journey; your life becomes one continuous meditative state of consciousness where you become an observer and a participant in your life experience. Nothing enters your consciousness unless you choose to allow it to enter, and you will find yourself able to go for periods of time with no thoughts at all. You can be in a noisy crowd and still "be" in the stillness and silence within.
