My intention is to help you to better understand who you are, why you are here, and your eternal and inseparable connection to the Divine One and to all life everywhere. There are no small or “crazy” questions, and we will explore all those things you have ever wondered about.
The energy work I offer can help you to relax, center, and find yourself again. We will work together to help you release and let go of those things which no longer serve you. You will feel lighter when you begin to understand and release those “stories” that you have held onto for far too long.

What I can offer you...
My gifts come from the Divine One. I am a channel, an intuitive, and an empath. My abilities allow me to be a spiritual guide and mentor and I always lead with unconditional Love. Not only did I receive the inspiration for our Energy Modality, LAM, but I am also certified in that energy work and a Reiki Master Teacher. I no longer do Reiki because, for me, the “magic” is in our inspired “teachings.”
In all our work together, you will find a safe place in which to grow as the Spirit that you are. My desire is for you to find a place of calmness and joy. You are the creator of the experiences you will have while on your physical journey. My goal is to guide and mentor you along the way as you create these experiences. I desire for you to truly understand who you are and how that can change everything you have experienced. As you release all that no longer serves you and come from who you are, Spirit, you will find a peace you never even knew existed.
At each session, we will start with breathwork and meditation. If you have chosen an energy session, we will discuss your intentions for the session. Then, you will lie comfortably on a massage table while we talk, and I “feel” my way toward where you may need some help physically, emotionally, or mentally. As you and I hold your intention for the session, I will be guided as to where we begin.
If you have chosen a mentoring session, then you will receive inspiration, guidance, and answers to your questions from those in the spiritual realm that I connect with. Your answers will come through me from “guidance.” You will just find a comfortable position and we will begin to talk as you share your desires, intentions for your life, and those things which you need to overcome.
After every session, whether it be the modality or mentoring, you will come away with a greater awareness and understanding of those things that you have placed in your intention. Physically, mentally, and emotionally you will find a peace and calmness that perhaps will be new to you. You will have the ability to grow in your spiritual walk and have a higher level of awareness about yourself, which will enable you to make those choices that create the life you choose.
All sessions or classes are conducted with your desires in mind. All guidance will come to you by the intentions you set. Your intentions are personal and can encompass any and all questions, desires, and physical, emotional, or mental areas of your desired intention. You will receive exactly what you have intended from every session. This is your time to grow, overcome, and flourish.

About Me
My Story...
Hi. My name is Sandy, and I began my spiritual journey before I could even walk. I have been blessed to be able to communicate with the spiritual realm for as long as I can remember. I was raised for the first five years of my life by my maternal grandmother, who many considered very intuitive/psychic. Around the age of 10, I began using my gifts doing “readings” to connect people with those who had transitioned and to answer many of their spiritual questions. As I grew on my spiritual walk, I discovered (through the “knowing” of a dear friend) that I could also channel. Being a channel means being a conduit between the spiritual and the physical realms. My journey into channeling began in 2008. (If interested I have written about the experience in my first book “Teachings from the Heart”. This book, and all others written by myself and my husband Bruce, are also available on the website.
Today I am not only a channel but a spiritual guide and mentor. I am here to answer your spiritual questions about your journey and help guide you to discovering who you are and why you are here.
I am an energy worker who uses our inspired “healing” modality, LAM. This modality was inspired by those in the spiritual realm we refer to as “guidance.” I have a very strong connection to the Divine Mother and receive messages from her and guidance when others need to receive these messages.
