What does it mean to hold space? It is an act of compassion where we sit together in a place that has been prepared for you. A time and place where you can enter the vibration of safety, discovery and connection. Allowing tears to flow, to release the deep thoughts and words that you cannot say anywhere else, where your body sits back into release, your shoulders drop, your nerves soothe and transformation can begin.
It’s about granting yourself the sanctuary, the haven, to allow the work to happen.
