I have been creating for a long time and teaching Art.  One of courses is all about the relaxation, fun, laughter, and play.  One fun medium is Alcohol Ink and it flows freely creating fun works of art.  You can use a brush, blow air or tilt and drip it.  This is non stressful not need to be able to draw, just relax and have fun.
