Clearing and Renewal with Wand Energies

Energy is fluid, without restraints, but when it lives here in a physical world, in our physical bodies it can get trapped.  With so many distractions in our world today we don’t even realize it exists, yet it is what everything is made of, what powers the world we live in and affects us, both as individuals and as a collective.  Just for a second, concentrate your focus to put your energy into your hands, you will feel it.  Now move it to your feet.  Now you remember that it exists.

Understanding energy helps us work with it.  Allowing trapped energies in our bodies to flow freely, in balance and harmony, as they were intended to be.  And that is why I do energy openings and healing sessions; to open up the energy centers, so that they can flow freely within our body, as one whole, balanced and integrated system; mind, body, emotion and spirit.  Energy cannot be destroyed, but it can be released, it can be moved and it can be transmuted.

Typically energy healing is done with our hands, while harnessing the energies of the earth, as well as the divine.  I also like to work with the essences and characteristics of various elements of mother nature, such as water, air, fire, earth, but it could also be something physical that I work with,  like crystals for example. However, more commonly I love to work with my wand, made from elder wood, which has its own energy. We work together, as I harness its energies I strengthen my abilities.  I have discovered that this is very natural for me and allows me to dig deeper into my intuitive practice.  I am also able to pick up on and focus on certain points in your body, that may need some energy work.  Once I have pinpointed the blockage for example, I can clear that dense or stagnant energy and bring in higher frequencies, renewing not just certain areas in the body, as I always finish a session by doing this for the mental, emotional and physical state as a whole.

 

The wand helps me access energy points in the body and work with elements of the divine and earth to help me release and restore certain energy centers in your body.  For example I may use the wand to harness the energy of water, to clear certain blockages and bring in calm energy that will bring you more balance and allow the energy to flow in and out, as it should.  Water could also be used to help put out certain emotions such as anger, rage or frustration.  The wand helps me pinpoint where in the body this is needed and call upon the element I desire to work with.  I work well on my own, but I work even better as a team; with my wand.
