One-on-One Personal Retreats
One-on-One Personal Retreats are designed specifically for you. We call them ‘intensive retreats’ because everything is focused on you and your specific needs. Comments are so often “I couldn’t have done this deep work in a group setting; I needed the privacy and space.”
In this space, you can vacate the pressures of your life and come to my Haven in Mexico for this time together. Or, if you are not able to travel, I can come to you where you feel most comfortable. I can also meet you at any one of our Haven sites which are nearby to you.
Energy Movement: It all happens on the table. Utilizing breath, imagery and quiet touch to release energetic and physical blockages; open, cleanse and balance the energy pathways (chakras and meridians); restore your body-mind-spirit connection. It is no accident that our Energy Centers (chakras) inhabit places on the body where a life-giving gland exists…thymus, adrenal, thyroid as an example. Breath and Meditation: Understand how to incorporate the practice of stillness into your daily life without it being another thing on your to-do list.
Grounding Practice: Learn how to make yourself available to the powerful energies of earth and water to restore you and shift your state.
Gratitude Studies: Effect a shift in life patterns that currently create unhappiness. Gratitude isn’t what we sometimes think it is…learn what that means.
